Petra gave us excellent advice on a solicitor from Palma which were excellent - right to the end of the purchase she and Mallorca Luxury Estate were available and helped wherever possible. Also there after sales service where really helpful ( thank you Corinna ! ) she helped us to find decorators, cleaners and other services that is much needed in Majorca. We are very grateful to Petra and the whole team of Mallorca Luxury Estate, and they are welcome at any time to have a drink with us on our balcony, we just love it here !

For any prospective purchaser of property in Mallorca, I would just like to give my personal testimonial to the way we were assisted by MLE & their excellent staff. Spending hard earned savings in a foreign country can be a traumatic affair, I was lucky in that I did a lot of groundwork from the UK & was impressed with MLE’s assistance, they seemed to understand what type of property we were looking for & we chose them to work with. My initial opinion of them was quickly further enhanced when we were escorted by Petra around the many properties they had lined up for us to view, they gave us excellent information on actual properties & areas, this included things that we may well have overlooked without their honest appraisals. Returning for 2nd viewings was never a problem & even after normal hours & weekends they were still happy to assist us. It was evident that the Developers & individual sellers were confident dealing with MLE & they also accommodated us easily for repeat viewings. We were able to decide upon the property we wanted on the 4 day trip & meet with the Lawyer to agree a Contract, a successful conclusion, which I know was made possible due to MLE’s guidance & assistance. She were really helpful & a pleasure to be with for the days we were there & they continue to remain in contact with us after the purchase was concluded. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any prospective property purchaser in Mallorca.

Vi fann ett objekt som passade.,Jag anser att hela mäklar firman har varit professionella i det att det kommit svar på mail/telefon frågor snabbt och med ett trevligt bemötande. Vad jag uppskattar väldigt mycket är att vi har fått svar på mail och frågor av praktiskt karaktär (t. ex var kan vi köpa försäkring, hur mycket beräknas vatten o el kosta) även efter det att vi skrivit på handlingar.
